In the photosynthesis of Herbārijs, the Chef Žanis-Raivo Behmanis’ created flavor compositions characterized by three words – local, seasonal, simple – merge with a cocktail menu made up by our experienced and knowledgeable bar team and inspired by the world of plants, like flowers, pepper, fruits, spices, and herbs.
